  • First step is to decide what type of RV you are wanting to rent, motorhome or travel trailer.

    If Motorhome, how many people are traveling? How many separate beds are needed for the trip? What level of comfort are you looking for? Will you have hookups? What are the dates? This will help choose an available model that will suit your needs!

    If Travel Trailer - we start with similar questions as above but also add in these other questions: Do you have a vehicle with the ability to tow depending on the weight of the model? Do you prefer delivery? Will you have electricity or will you be on generator? Do you have one or need to rent one?

    Once we know what you want to rent and when we can begin the process.

    A invoice will be generated based on your choices and a nonrefundable deposit will be taken to hold your dates. The remainder will be due 48 hours before the trip begins and a $1000 security deposit is due the day of the trip, authorized and returned upon cleanly and working return of the rental.

  • Certain times of year fill very fast.
    Mid-April through mid-September is considered our peak season, and availability during these months goes quickly.

    Spring break weeks also book early, and in years when fall foliage is especially beautiful, high demand can extend into October and even November.

    That said, availability can change at any time of year. We always recommend reaching out to check your dates — a deposit will hold your reservation and give you peace of mind for your upcoming trip.

  • We offer many different options that vary depending on model, dates, location and more.

    After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

    Things to note:

    We don’t charge for linens, kitchenware, or other supplied materials.

    We also don’t charge a cleaning fee as long as the RV is returned in “broom clean” condition.

    If you have pets that you would like to join you on your trip, we do have certain RV’s that allow this, and the pet fee can be discussed.

    Every trip comes with some free mileage, though total mileage cost will depend on the destination and length of trip.

    Generator pricing will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

    Roadside Assistance is a mandatory $15/day charge for anyone traveling over 120 miles away from WNY RV Rentals.

  • Every Rental comes with commercial rental insurance included.

    That insurance is in place just in case there is a vehicle vs vehicle collision.

    Damage caused by contact with fixed objects (including, but not limited to, poles, trees, buildings, low-clearance obstacles, fences, curbs, or other stationary objects), damage resulting from driver error, and interior or exterior damage that is not the result of a collision with another motor vehicle is the renter’s financial responsibility and will be billed based on the cost of repair or replacement. WNY RV Rental reserves the sole discretion to determine whether damage will be repaired in-house, by a third-party repair facility, or submitted as an insurance claim.

    Minor to moderate damages are typically repaired by WNY RV Rental and billed directly to the renter. WNY RV Rental reserves the right to determine whether any damage will be repaired directly or handled through an insurance claim.

    Broken awnings, slide-outs, or damage resulting from operating the RV with the propane system turned on are subject to a minimum $3,000 damage charge or the actual cost of repair, whichever is greater, unless otherwise required by law.

  • We provide Roadside Assistance through a nationwide roadside assistance company for a $15/day fee.

    All rentals that are traveling over 120 miles away from WNY RV Rentals are REQUIRED to opt in.

    Any rental traveling within that 120 miles are given the option to opt in or out.

    If there is an instance where you are in need of roadside assistance, FIRST text and call 716-249-0766 to give notice of the incident. SECOND Call the roadside assistance program. Each rental will be given a pamphlet with the contact information for you to take with you on the trip.
